Terms and Conditions

  1. Vouchers are not transferable and may not be redeemed in cash.
  2. If the referred candidate is already registered with Duke and Rawson and we have been in touch with them in the past six months, this will not qualify as a referral under this scheme.
  3. In order to qualify for the scheme, the candidate you are referring to us must provide your name in writing at the time of registering with us.
  4. The referred candidate must be placed in a permanent role within 6 months of being referred to us.
  5. Vouchers will be awarded once the referred candidate has passed their probationary period.
  6. This candidate must be accepting a role in a permanent qualified lawyer capacity.
